Last updated: 16 October 2026

In short: this website does not use cookies, analytics, adverts or tracking, and does not ask you for any personal information.

Who we are

This website, flourished.uk, is run by FLOURISHED GAMES, an independent game project run by an individual based in Lincoln, United Kingdom. FLOURISHED GAMES is not currently a registered company. For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we are the controller of any personal data this website handles.

What information we collect

We do not collect personal information through this website. There are no contact forms, sign-ups, accounts, comments, analytics tools, advertising or social media widgets.

Website hosting

This website is hosted by GitHub Pages, a service provided by GitHub, Inc. (a Microsoft company) in the United States. When you visit any website, your browser automatically sends technical information to the server so the page can be delivered, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. GitHub records visitors' IP addresses for security purposes and to keep the service running, whether or not you have a GitHub account. We do not have access to these logs and do not use them.

The lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interests: delivering the website securely. GitHub handles this information under its own privacy statement, including the safeguards it uses for transfers outside the UK: GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Fonts and code

All fonts, images and code on this website are served from this website itself. We do not load anything from Google Fonts, content delivery networks or other third-party services, so visiting this site does not send your information to them.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set any cookies and does not use local storage, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or similar technologies. Because nothing is stored on your device, we do not need to ask for cookie consent and there is no cookie banner.

If we ever add features that use non-essential cookies, such as analytics, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting them, as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Links to other websites

This website links to our YouTube channel and other external sites. These links are ordinary links: nothing from those sites is embedded here. If you follow a link, the other site's own privacy policy and cookies apply, including Google's privacy policy for YouTube.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to personal data held about you, and to ask for it to be corrected, deleted or restricted, or to object to its use. We do not hold personal data about visitors ourselves, but if you have any question or request, email etcc2004@outlook.com and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, helpline 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if the way this website handles information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
